March/April RD folks still waiting in Mid Jan 2002 is ridiculous -> Action needed

1] can we talk /write /meet senators
2] Can we write to INS commissioner
3] can we write to President of USA
4] Can we start a campaigne with ISN.ORG like they did during s.2045 reforms
5] We just can not sit back and relax.

What if INS is confused on security issues and do not have will and pressure to find a way.

C\'Mon folks please voice your opinions.
 
I was thinking in the same lines.But,

INS on your receipt say\'s our case will take 975 to 999 days and call only after that.
Currently INS say\'s they are processing Jan\'00 cases

What will be our argument be?when we go talk to someone.
