If you concurrently filed I-140 and I-485 in March/April/May 2003, and your I-140 or I-485 is not approved, please list here. I sent e-mail and FAX to FBI for Name Check, but no response so far. We will calculate how many people still have cases pending among March/April/May 2003 filers.
