March ... the beginning of spring ... love is all around ... could it be that anyone will be filing for a family based immigrant petition and/or AOS in this month filled with the sweet smell of blooming flowers and beautiful greening landscapes?
Anyway, all I really wanted to remind March filers is that the new 2008 I-864P poverty guidelines are now in effect since March 1 if you're sending off an I-864 Affidavit of Support with your application.
Feel free to use this thread as your own, to share your March 2008 filer experiences if you wish. I'm a May 2007 filer so you won't be hearing too much from me in this thread.
