March 26th 485 Case

I have filed concurrently on 25h Mar 2004. Got my I-140 approved.

Still my 485 is not approved. I called twice regarding the status and came to know that it is pending Additional Security Check.

Fingerprint is done.

Any approved 485 cases for Mar 26th applicants?

I'm in same situation too and my I-485 is pending since Mar'04.

On email enquiry to USCIS in the month of Feb'05 for case status, received reply back as "The cases are currently undergoing additional systems check. Please allow an additional 180 days for processing".

so really cannot re-initiate enquiry unless 180 days gets over (thats what my lawyer said though)

I140 : RD 03-12-2004. Approved on 01/14/2005.
I485 : RD 03-12-2004. LUD: 10/27/2004,02/14/2005 (address change).

I-485 Receive date March-04-2005 (Still pending)

Got 2 EADS
Got 2 Advance paroles.

received a response from CIS "Pending for name check"
