Can anyone tell me what happens when the month you applied in has supposedly been processed by the Labor Dept. and you still haven't heard anything? NY Labor Dept. is currently processing April 2001, I applied in March. What do I do?
Per my lawyer, if your date is past the date shown on DOlLwebsite it only means that DOL has started processing those cases. It does not mean that it has completed processing them. My case was filed with DOL Denver in may 2001. Its 2003 May and I have not heard anything!! Almost 1 year after passing of days...All I know is that DOL has become very slow. Good luck...Let me know if you hear anything different.
