Hey guys just wanted to update y'all on my status for those of you who care and if you pray to please pray for a quick and positive response on my case!

No FP ever
Nothing else...
We have faxed and called USCIS in several ocations (yesterday the latest one), contacted Senators, Congressmen, my expensive Attrney, and still no sign of nothng......

What do you guys say ????

No work....just make immigrants life scrw-up...and Keep the back-logs grown..

Make political people promisses to reducing the backlogs.

Enjoying our tax, application (EAD, 130, 485, H1B and many more) money with their girl/boy friends.

hoping4miracle, contact your congressman and senators. Don't keep paying your attorney money, they are useless, for all you know he/she may not even be doing anything. Do raise an enquiry thru' the 800 number since your date is much earlier than current processing date infact their dumb 30 days rule also does not apply. So keep up the fight and hope you get free soon!! All the best!!

Try to contact your senator again and don't pay anymore to your attorney.

Thank you guys for your responses and good thoughts.
We have contacted congressmen, lobbyist and even a senator in Washington. As well as calling every other day the 1-800 # to confirm that they have put a query or whatever on my application since it is passed the 30days. But nothing yet. I check the mail everyday, check my e-mail, check this site, pray, get mad, get happy, don't care, get worried, and get mad again.....
I just hope to get an answer soon. I hope that we ALL get an approval soon.
This is insane, actually what is more insane is that your average American has NO idea how hard and long this process is....
Just a thought..... Still hoping for a miracle....

RFE regarding SP by Officer 374 issued on July 16, 2004
RFE acknowledged by TSC on August 11, 2004
AD: God Knows when????????? 51 days and still waiting

I jsut caem to know that they also issued RFE regarding SR for my AP whihc I filed on 12/03/03. This case was trasnferred to local office on jume 16, 2004 and transferred back to TSC on September 7, 2004.

They issued same RFE for my EAD about 6 months ago and took them 6v months to approve EAD.

I do not know what the HELL they are doing, even they do not know what the HELL they are doing
