Guys,

My case is

EB3
Labor filed in Delaware sometime in Oct '02
Approved in 3 months

I140 ND -- 03/31/03 -- AD 07/31/03
I485 ND -- 03/31/03 -- AD ????????
FP1 for me -- 09/02/04 -- LUD changed with FP recvd blah blah...
FP1 for my wife -- 09/11/04 - LUD changed but not regarding FP msgs but due to name correction
2 EADs - 2 APs and ready for the 3rd EAD and AP

Initiated a status inquiry on 11/05/2004 as Processing date crossed my ND
LUD updated and got a letter from USCIS saying
"our records show that your case is in review stage. Please allow a minimum of 45 to 60 days for the review process to be completed at this time"


Is this a standard msg? can I expect some good news in 45 to 60 days?
Friends please shed some light on this.....

For me they told me to wait 60 days....I got letter from USCIS on 11/11/04

Virtual off

Guys my company has opened virtual off in DE and then applied Labor.
Does this effect my GC processing?

Help Gurus !!!!
