My case , perhaps the last ones in the March \'01 group has been approved. The details are :

PD - May 99
RFE on I 140 for clarification of EB2, took 6 months to clear
RD - 03-01-01
FP - 08-08-01
AD - 02-13-02
Never changed Organizations in the process
INS posted my courtsy copy on 20th Feb. I completed my passport stamping yesterday with a wait time of 5 hrs at Charlotte, NC .
My key experiences:
Called INS 4 time in last 2 months, but was of no use at all. Rather they were annoyed.
Last call was on 13th Feb, when she said the same story "wait for 30 days", but was approved the same day
I travelled internationally multiple times with my AP, never had any problem at NY, Dallas or Atlanta
I am from a big 5, as a result neither my office nor my lawyer was of any assistance at all, in info sharing etc.
Was also frustrated for last 4 weeks , for the delay in approval.
Lastly , thanks a lot to this site, this was the only place for me to understand the process and gather info.
