I am waiting in I485 process more than 14 months. Is there anyone with the the same situation ?

RD - March 23 2000
ND - April 10 2000
FP - Jan 9th 2001
AD - ????

Well, it is frustrating to wait for such a long time, when the process date says that it is processing April 15th and not able to get any information from INS.

you file might be assigned to some less productive II0. It may different up to 6 months.

I finally got a message saying that a RFE was sent to me on May 22nd haven\'t received it yet. God alone knows what that RFE might be asking.
My details similar to yours:

PD: 12/16/1998
RD: 04/2000
ND: 05/2000
RFE posted: 05/22/ 2001
not received anything and thats frustrating too...Is there any step where the wait is not frustrating??

Atleast I know they have opened our file!!!
