My 140 has finally been approved. Keeping my fingers crossed for a fast 485 approval!!!

Let me the first to congratulate you on 140 and good luck on 485, i am waiting for 140 also as my date is 4/16/04 and TSC is processing 4/17/2004. I will wait until TSC processess may 16.

I am surprised that there is no activity on my case yet..
Here are the details

PD (labor) is 9/15/2001.
Labor approved Nov 2003.
RD for I-140/I-485 is 1/15/2004
EAD/AP approved by April 2004.
FP (for spouse and me ) Oct 2004 - Gave early in Charlotte.
Message changed on 485 cases after receiving FP..

Since than No news ....I am keeping my finger crossed
 
TSC processing date for I140

Which site shows that TSC started processing I140 received on 4/16/04?

Congrats! Give some hope for the March 2004 fillers. Did you saw any LUD changes before the approval.

Today is the first time the LUD on my case changed since I sent in the application. So there was no indication whatsoever that any one had ever picked up or worked on the case prior to the approval.

KVenkat, the LUD on my 485 after FP was Nov 26th, 2004 and the message said that processing has started again on teh case after receiving teh results of FP.

now it is jan13th, 2005 after the inquiry was initiated on jan 11, 2005
