Hi,

1. Is Maple leaf card & PR residence card are the same or
different.
2. If i came by road, can i apply for the Maple leaf card or
3. I want to know the information about Maple leaf card.

Yes, the Maple Leaf card and the PR card are the same.

I am assuming that "coming by road" means you are intending to land in Canada soo. If so, you will be processed at the port of entry and the PR card will be mailed to you at the Canadian address that you give the officials.

If you are already a landed immigrant, you can apply for the PR card by filing an application with photos and documents either signed by a guarantor or a notary. All these must be done within Canada and you will be asked to pick up the card from a local Immigration office in Canada.

Now i am in US and moving to canada. but not sure

By ROAD or By Air
confused. I heard if i go by air then my Maple leaf card process will be coonducted for that fingerprints... photoes etc will be done on air port.

so plz. guide from which way to Enter ,, which is the safest way.
