Many questions on licensing in the USA

I'm sponsoring my father for immigration to the USA. He's a practicing pharmacist in South Korea. What steps does he have to take to become licensed in the USA? Would he have to go through schooling all over again, or is there some kind of licensing exam he could do? His English is excellent so it wouldn't be a problem, any help would be appreciated, thanks.

As a foreign pharmacy graduate, he will need to take FPGEE, TSE and TOEFL.

Then he must do internship for 500 to 1500 hours depending on the state he wants to get license in.
