Ok as always I have many questions but this time they are focused on the forms that I have to submit.

F1 marrying a USC for now I'll call him my husband...getting married soon =)

When I called the 1800 number I was told that I have to file this forms: I-130, G325A, I-485, I-693, I-864, I-765. Is there any form I'm missing or is there one that I have in the list that I do not need?

In form I-765
Q#15 says: "Current Immigration Status (visitor, student, etc)"
For me, is it "Pending AOS" or student?

Form G-325.
Do I need to fill the four copies (for myself) PLUS one copy for the I-485 for me and one for my husband?

Form I-131
That part that says "If you are an applicant for adjustment of status, a copy of the USCIS or former INS receipt as evidence that you filed the adjustemnt application...
I am sending all these forms together, do I still need to make copies of the I-485 and the I-130 to attach to this form? if not, what?
Q#3
Class of admission?
what is that?
This form also says to mention a specific reason why I need to travel abroad. I guess I do not have a speficic reason, it would just be nice to have it 'just in case'. Should I still fill it out?

Form I-693
Do I need to fill this out? Where is the list of the doctors? Should I wait for a notice?

Form I-485
What is my evidence of eligibility?
Again, should I make photocopies of the form I-130?
What is my current USCIS status?
It says to attach a copy of the G-325, which one? I noticed that the bottom part of each copy is different.

Form I-130
As a proof of citizenship, does my husband need to file a birth certificate AND or OR a passport copy? Both or only one of them?
Q#18 Address in the US where your relative indends to live?
I'm already in the States, should he put my actual address there? I'm not moving till May.
Q#21
IF filing for your husband/wife, give last address at which you lived together
Is it OK to put...none?
Q#22
Complete the info below if your relative is in the US and will apply for adjustment of status. Your relative is in the US and will apply for adjusment of status to that of a lawful pr at that USCIS office in?
City/State
What should I put here? My address I've put in all the forms or his address that he's put in his I-130?

Sorry for so many questions but this is very confusing.
Thanks SO much!

Looks like it. read instructions on those forms to make sure.

In form I-765
Q#15 says: "Current Immigration Status (visitor, student, etc)"

student.

Form G-325.
Do I need to fill the four copies (for myself) PLUS one copy for the I-485 for me and one for my husband?
Need to fill all 4 pages. one for your future husband and 2 or 3 for yourself, dont remember, you can read instructions on those forms to make sure.

Form I-131
That part that says "If you are an applicant for adjustment of status, a copy of the USCIS or former INS receipt as evidence that you filed the adjustemnt application...
I am sending all these forms together, do I still need to make copies of the I-485 and the I-130 to attach to this form? if not, what?
Dont need it.

Q#3
Class of admission?
what is that?
means how did you come to US? F-1 for example.

This form also says to mention a specific reason why I need to travel abroad. I guess I do not have a speficic reason, it would just be nice to have it 'just in case'. Should I still fill it out?
Visit family, have wedding ceremony, whatever.

Form I-693
Do I need to fill this out? Where is the list of the doctors? Should I wait for a notice?
You dont need to print this form. Make an appoinment with an immigration doctor, they will have everything done for you. Just prepard $$$. List can be found online. You can do it now to save your time.

Form I-485
What is my evidence of eligibility?
Again, should I make photocopies of the form I-130?
No
What is my current USCIS status?
F-1
It says to attach a copy of the G-325, which one? I noticed that the bottom part of each copy is different.
A copy of all 4 pages.

Form I-130
As a proof of citizenship, does my husband need to file a birth certificate AND or OR a passport copy? Both or only one of them?
read instructions on it.

Q#18 Address in the US where your relative indends to live?
I'm already in the States, should he put my actual address there? I'm not moving till May.
Ignore it.

Q#21

Is it OK to put...none?
After you get married, Will you live together or not? Remember, you will file these forms only after the marriage. If not, write NONE.

You missed the I-864. You will definitely get an RFE if you dont submit it.

In form I-765
Q#15 says: "Current Immigration Status (visitor, student, etc)"
For me, is it "Pending AOS" or student?
You status is still student as you have not yet applied for immigration

Form G-325.
Do I need to fill the four copies (for myself) PLUS one copy for the I-485 for me and one for my husband?
I-130: you submit one set and your husband submits one set (one set = 4 pages)
I-485: you submit one set
so a total of 3 sets of G-325A go with your package

Form I-131
That part that says "If you are an applicant for adjustment of status, a copy of the USCIS or former INS receipt as evidence that you filed the adjustemnt application...
I am sending all these forms together, do I still need to make copies of the I-485 and the I-130 to attach to this form? if not, what?
No. You can file I-131 concurrently with the I-485

Q#3
Class of admission?
what is that?
The visa you used last to enter US. In your case, if you entered using F-1, write F-1 as class of admission

This form also says to mention a specific reason why I need to travel abroad. I guess I do not have a speficic reason, it would just be nice to have it 'just in case'. Should I still fill it out?
Look at the AOS timeline thread. I have included a sample letter that goes with the I-131. Modify it to suit your requirements

Form I-693
Do I need to fill this out? Where is the list of the doctors? Should I wait for a notice?
You submit I-693 with your application. If you dont, then most definitely you can expect an RFE which might delay your case. You dont fill the I-693, a civil surgeon does. For civil surgeons around your area, look here. http://uscis.gov/graphics/exec/cs/index.asp.

Form I-485
What is my evidence of eligibility?
Again, should I make photocopies of the form I-130?
Your eligibility for I-485 is a concurrently filed I-130. No. You dont need to make photocopies of I-130

What is my current USCIS status?
You should know that better. Okay.. its F-1

It says to attach a copy of the G-325, which one? I noticed that the bottom part of each copy is different.
I answered this above. Scroll up

Form I-130
As a proof of citizenship, does my husband need to file a birth certificate AND or OR a passport copy? Both or only one of them?
Birth certificate if your husband was born in the US. If your husband was naturalized, then you should submit copy of naturalization certificate.

Q#18 Address in the US where your relative indends to live?
I'm already in the States, should he put my actual address there? I'm not moving till May.
You should write the address where you plan to live after you get married. Your husband fills the I-130, not you.

Q#21
IF filing for your husband/wife, give last address at which you lived together
Is it OK to put...none?
If you are living together now, you can use the current address, else none

Q#22
Complete the info below if your relative is in the US and will apply for adjustment of status. Your relative is in the US and will apply for adjusment of status to that of a lawful pr at that USCIS office in?
City/State
What should I put here? My address I've put in all the forms or his address that he's put in his I-130?
You pick the DO that has jurisdiction on the area where you live. This is where you would mostly be attending your AOS interview.

Sorry for so many questions but this is very confusing.
Thanks SO much!

G-325A confusion

So I have to fill out 2 sets of G325A, and my husband one. But do we have to fill out the same information on all 4 pages for each of the sets?

Why do they make it so incredibly difficult...

I'm out of status , Iwas a student a couple months ago.
What should I put for my USCIS status? Should I leave it
blank or out of status or F1? I was a student and got married
before I got out of status.

Thanks in advance.
