Manual Scan

Gentleman,

I tried to run the macro several times since I start visiting this forum. Unfortunately, I was never successful, I am not a computer expert like the majority of you, my technical field is energy generation.
Tonight I made a manual scan looking at number by number around my receipt number, I looked into 400 numbers. Here are the results:

Total numbers looked at: 400
I 485 cases: 65
Wating showing the inicial 999 message like mine: 22
Resumed after finger print: 20
Approved:17
Transferred: 3
Finger print pending review: 3
Denied: None

Can any of you run a scan for 01-258-xxxxxx ?

If not, can someone help me to run one by giving me detailed explanation how to run it? Please have in mind that I tried everything people said already in this forum about running the scan, but I do not get it to run on my machine.

What is the message you are getting ?

The most likely problem has been the macro is disabled in Excel.
You will have to change the security for the excel.
Open the Excelsheet and click on TOOLS then OPTIONS and look for a SECURITY tab there. After that see MACRO SECURITY towards the bottom, click on that.
Your security level would probably be HIGH, change it to MEDIUM.

Alternatively if you want give me the series that you are running for eg - 01-258-5zzxx to 01-258-5yyxx
