Manual FP in Charlotte ?

I had my finger printing done in Charlotte ASC last week on 3/9, it was done on the manual form instead of electronic. My LUD is not updated as well after the FP, I called FBI and they did not receive the FP as well.

Any one else have similar epxerience?

Few questions:

1. Is there a problem with finger printing done manual v/s electronic?

2. Has anyone has finger printing done manually and how long after was the LUD updated?
