Guys and Gals,

We have spent a full day fretting about this link. After much consideration and research I have come up with the following conclusion -

"This link was leaked by the USCIS as a way of getting rid of half the Indian and Chinese EB3 applicants by way of causing heart attacks and nervous breakdowns resulting in death. They reason that the best way to get the GC process down to 6 months is by simply getting rid of a lot of stupid applicants like us. If there are no applicants, there is no back log. Simple and effective. They have done their job by leaking this link, now its upto us to complete their goal by dieing of worry and heart attacks."

This is probably the most innovative and ground breaking "Back Log Reduction" plan ever initiated. BRILLIANT ... :) :)

cheers,

saras

Manila bulletin is a ploy ...

I think Saras76 is right. Manila visa bulletin seems to be a ploy.

I checked the website "Embassy of the United States in Manila" at:
http://usembassy.state.gov/manila, I couldn't find any link to "wwwh3227.html".

However if you select the option "Consular and Visa Services" from the menu and then select "Immigrant Visa Priority Dates", it takes you to "US Department of State" website at:
http://travel.state.gov/visa/frvi/bulletin/bulletin_1360.html. The last visa bulletin on this site is for the month of September 2005. There is no bulletin for October 2005.

I guess we should just wait and watch for the official bulletin to come out.

Anyway there is not much we can do about the dates. So, I would say just pray and hope for the best.
