Regarding the Baccalaureat, does it have to be in the related field to your profession? What is you have a university degree that is totally unrelated to your job, but you do have an advanced degree that is? Let's say your job is at an investment banking firm, you have a degree in engineering, but you have either an MBA or LL.B.? And less than 5 years of experience?

Management Consultant is a highly scrutinized occupation - be careful when applying for the TN under this occupation.

The key to your success will be how you show you qualify as a Mgmt consultant - using your education and experience.

Here is some information to help you when applying as Mgmt Consultant:

A Management Consultant is defined as providing services that are directed toward improving the managerial, operating, and economic performance of public and private entities by analyzing and resolving strategic and operating problems and thereby improving the entity's goals, objectives, policies, strategies, administration, organization, and operation.

Management Consultants are usually independent contractors or employees of consulting firms under contracts to U.S. entities. A Management Consultant should generally not be a regular, full-time employee, of the entity requiring the service. In cases of full-time employment the management consultant should not be assuming an existing position, replacing someone in an existing position, or filling a newly created permanent position.

The MBA would be the relative degree to the job (banking). How many years are we talking? Two? Three? Four?

Will you be telling the managers or owners of the entity and or business how to make improvements or changes?
