We often heard of mal-practices by H1b employers and or consulting companies. Most often they do not provide sufficient salaries, put u on bench and do not provide paystubs or any legal documents.
If you ask, threaten to terminate your stay on h1b. Please provide such incidients here if you know. It can help new guys and girls to check before accepting such offers. Also provide guidence how to SUE them and inform INS-FBI about this.
