Making use of AC21

I had applied for concurrent 140/485/EAD in Jan 2003. MY 140 and EAD have been approved.

1. Can I make use of AC21 now and join another employer?

2. What are the documents that I/my new employer have to submit to INS for making the change?

3. If a query comes in my 485 application, who will respond to it? My new employer or Old Employer?

1. Yes, I think you can change your job
2. You don't HAVE to let INS know about the job change
3. You or your attorney will reply with supporting letters from your new employer. Once you work for the new company, you technical have no connection with the old company. Once you are in the I-485 stage, you or the attorney who reperesents you get all the correspondance from INS/BCIS not your employer.
