Can someone pls answer this based on their experience or knowledge about immigration issues.
I am on an L1 visa and my wife is a US citizen.I have applied for AOS,EAD,AP etc. Now the issue that I am facing is that I can not quit the job in my home country and have to go back for about 8-9 months.If I get my EAD (GC) say by the end of next 3 months What should be advisable to maintain my GC.
