I am an F1 student, i am on my opt right now. Its been eight months since I opt began. I want to go india for about two months. I want to know what are the documents that I will need to renenter the united states. I have heard there is a rule that does not account for more than 90 days of unemployment during OPT. Will a person be deported if he exceeds more than 90 unemployment days during his OPT or what are the consequences
