I am a PhD student who did his masters here in US itself. I had completed my masters here and got into phd program. Now, I want to get out of phd program and work. I am trying to get a year full of CPT and have some company apply for my H1.

I am afraid if I will be thrown out of this program prematurely, hence I want to know what can I do to maintain my status (F1), before getting H1?

Assuming that I have to take admission in another university, do you know such a uni which gives easy admission and grants CPT from the first semester itself. I belong to computer science discipline.

Thanks.

CPT is only granted if your program of studies REQUIRES co-op it in order to graduate, meaning you must have that internship in order to complete the program and receive your degree. Naturally, you won't get CPT that early on in the program. It is usually a "capstone" class meaning you complete it last.

You won't be able to maintain your current F1 if you go to work. You should probably try to find a job based on your Master credential and get a H1. However, since you are not on OPT, you will have to wait till you successfully obtain the H1 before you can begin work (assuming you find such employer, then win the lottery to get under the cap, then meet all the requirement and receive a H1 visa). This won't happen till October of next year, possibly later. You should finish the Ph.D., then use the OPT afterward and go from there. Just my .02 ***It is not meant to be legal advice.
