Hi All,

I am about to file GC labor from Maine. Since the last one year I have tracked the Maine SESA dates and they have been current. Hence the decision to file from a company in Maine.

But suddenly since yesterday, Maine shows Nov 2002 for both RIR and Regular.

Could anyone help me .. does anyone know if this is only a mistake or is there really a backlog in Maine.

I would really appreciate your help

Thanks

Just call ME SESA folks and tell them that you are about to file an application with them. At least in couple of other SESAs same person(s) who process applications answer the phone and so they are your best source. Link below gives you the contact details for all DOL/SESAs including Maine.

The answers you get here might only indicate recent trends and you may not know what is really going on there right now! If you browse through this forum or www.murthy.com it seems to me that there are initiatives like cetralizing processing etc. by DOL which might affect Maine too. Just a thought!

Or may be it was just a mistake on the website after all ;-)

Good luck,

Hi TAMIL_GC and PradK,

Thanks very much for your fast responses.

I always check both immigration.com and murthy.com. Its by 15 or 16th of every month that the dates are updated.

murthy.com updates its dates a couple days earlier than immigration.com. Thats the reason I am keeping my fingers crossed for this to be a typo and nothing else.

I will definitely call the offices of Labor in ME .. Thanks again for the information PradK.
