Mailing options to VSC

What are the mailing options to file applications to VSC. I need to send my EAD renewal application.
Can I use USPS certified mail or overnight?

Thanks Nishu.... I guess I can send it via certified mail or overnight using USPS right. are there any restrictions? ..Also there is just one mailing address for Vermont right?
