Confused! Confused! Confused!
I am the newest member. Like you I have been waiting for my citizenship application approved for long. I am considering filing a lawsuit but get very confused about the mailing addresses of these officials:
1. Emilio T. Gonzalez, Director of USCIS
2. Michael Chertoff, Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security
3. Robert S. Mueller III,
Director, Federal Bureau of Investigation
Also I don't know which attoney office to file a copy of my complaint and the civic cover sheet: the regional or the local? I called them but they simply asked me to read the Federal rules. Do I need to specify the name of the receiver? Who will be the receiver?
