MAILING ADDRESS

Won DV-2021, trying to AOS, filling out DS-260 and I-485.
I am currently residing in Portland, Oregon, but I am planning to relocate soon. I was thinking about using my sister's permanent address in Massachusetts as my U.S. Mailing Address. She lives in her own house and unlikely to remove. On the flip side, I am relocating frequently.
Is it okay to use address of your relative in the US as a mailing address even if you are living in the US at a different adress?

There is no problem using it as your mailing address. You obviously will need to provide a physical address consistent with your actual residence for them to determine your FO for the i485.
