Mailing address for RFE for CSC

Hi all,

I need to send my response for RFE to CSC. There is an envelop with the following return address:

Department of Homeland Security
U.S. Citizenship And Immigration Services
California Service Center
P. O. Box 10590
Laguna Niguel, CA 92607-0590

ATTN: RFE

I was wondering if I send the response by FEDEX or UPS, should I use the address above? Someone here in the forum was saying that there is different address for private carrier.

If you have sent RFE response to CSC using FEDEX or UPS, could you please let me know which address did you use?

Was it really delivered on the next day? Were you able to track it online? I hope USPS is as reliable as FEDEX or UPS.

Yes, In fact it was delivered faster than in under 24 hours. I mailed it at around 2PM on Monday and I can see that it was delivered to USCIS on Tuesday 10:30 AM. I can even see the name of the person who signed for it.

Thanks for the information. Just to make sure: it is USPS priority mail, next day delivery with acknowledgment.

It must be USPS Express mail (and not priority mail which is standard 3 business days delivery) Express mail charges are generally 3x to Priority mail. But there is no price for peace of mind ;-)
