Probably Feb.02.

You may get Jan. Interview if your Case is already received by Chennai from NVC and if you are in E-2. You have fighting chances for Jan. Interview. Feb.02 for sure.

No , Case number will be given by NVC. Once your I-140 approval reaches NVC they will create a case for you. Call up NVC after 2-3 weeks after I-140 approval and talk to Operator to get the case number

Do we need to send just OF 169 & OF 230?

Or do we need to attach all copies of the docs. listed in OF 169.
