Hi
We had our 485 interview in Baltimore April 15 2004. At the time we didn't have a medical exam for my husband so we were told to mail it in or come back and drop it off.
We got the exam done and mailed it in, then received a response that our I-72 application might take 120 days to process and adjudicate our case and that Sep 7th is our expected timeline for that.
questions:
- We never received or turned in an I-72 with the medical papers. Is that a problem?
- Is this long wait a bad sign? We're moving to NJ in the upcoming months, will we have to postpone that? Has anyone else encountered such a long wait after failing to have documents right then?
