I mailed out my H1b application on the 10th and I assume they received it on the 11th. I know the final receipt date is 10th. But the current quota includes pending cases. Say there're 500 cases denied, do I still have a chance? Also there's quota allocated for Singapore/Chile and they're not fully used..
I know I feel like there's still a slight hope...That's what the damn lawyer told me.
I felt a stab in my heart when my friend sent me the USCIS link about the cap has been reached...
