Normally, it takes 3-4 days to get reply from KCC.May be you should contact them again.
I hope this helps
I also received reply within 3-5 days and never missed any reply. But their reply to emails is guaranteeed only when you use particular subject line and you write certain particulars (as mentioned in their autoreply message that the sender receives immediately on sending an email to KCC) before you put your questions.
Just make sure, your queries should not be too general in scope (e.g., "When does the next DV start?", "Probably when KCC will call my case, Jun or July?", "I wrote this instead of that, then will my case be disqualified? Pls confirm", "How is my case processing going so far?", "What happened to my third email sent on....?", etc. etc.), instead should be specific to your case only and answer to which is not already available/ apparent from other official sources. You should try to state the queries clearly so that they can comprehend them and consequently they should have some info to pass to you as replies, rather than requring them to weigh a judgement or make a particular commitment to you. Even better, if your quaries are numbered so that the queries do not get intermingled.
The above elements, presumably, may make your questions more answerable. But, nobody will ever know why they did not reply to a particular question, if they do so.
Thank you.
