mail from TSC regarding my pending 485

A letter was mailed to me from Texas Cervice Center. It headline says that my case is outside normal processing time and its body goes as
"The status of this service request is:
Your card is in production and should be mailed within 60 days. If the card is not received within the time frame indicated, please contact us at the phone number listed below. Have the receipt number provided above to reference during the call."

I have not had any update on my online uscis case; no LUD either. Does this mean my I-485 is approved or is it one of those random responses from uscis?
 
Card production means that ur case is approved and they are producing the green card.. i have had cases where they approved the case but no updates or LUds...
once you get the card you could go to USCIS office and make sure.. :-)
 
I would definitely do something weird if I get the approval and the real card. My choice so far are: throwing myself out of the window from the 5th floor of my company building, lie down on the floor on the main hall for one hour, kiss the first living entity I see before my eyes; please consider the risk I am taking, that entity could be a cockroach or my beautiful nerd colleague dude! I have more romantic options, such as keep screaming in my cubicle until the security shows up...
but back to reality, I still cannot trust that the mailed letter means I got the approval, considering the crazy responses my friends have received before!
