hello all,
I called up BCIS support line last week to ask them how long its going to take for my pending 485 petition.
Today i was surprised to see a letter from BCIS stating that they have sent a formal inquiry to CSC processing center and asked me to wait for 45-60 days. In the event that i do not here back form them after that i need to initiate the Fax Inquiry.
Did anyone see this kind of response?
