Guys,
Just want to know your opinion on what route I should for? Should I mail the EAD forms or should I file my EAD application thru the internet (IEAD)

Also if someone can provide a list of documents for EAD, I would appreciate it.

Thanks

I used efile

I efiled my EAD on 2/13. Once I got the confirmation number, I called customer service to schedule a finger print and i choose the opening on 2/17. I received my receipt in the mail on 2/23. Seems to me using efile is much faster as you can get your receipt number right away and save you some time waiting...

In my honest opinion I think that you should mail it, even though you get the confirmation and receipt# right away. It seems to be taking longer than usual to get your EAD approved through the online option. I filed my EAD since Nov 4, 2003 got biometrics on Dec 17th, still haven't heard anything it's been 4 months now. On the receipt notice it says 90days. I had to get interim ead at federal plaza, nyc.

I had efiled EAD in Spet got it within a month. I don't think that should be slower. At least you get immediate receipt and ND - would help in interim EAD.

Do it by mail.I have seen many problems with people who used the online option. We got ours approved in less then 2 months,we just had to go for biometrics(they did not use the pictures that we sent)but I still think by mail is the best way.
