I was going to post the same thing next week. Ajay Ahlawat, the person who first told us of this news also said that it takes 2 wks to train these guys.

I was/am skeptical.

Sleeping does not need training. Sleeping without job and on chair with mouth open needs some training.

I wonder, how long these IIOs are trained?

It is kinda difficult to fall asleep during the day if you are used to sleeping at night (circadian rhythm). That's a scientific explanation.

On a lighter note, the BCIS officers are so dumb that they have to be trained to do even basic functions of life such as sleeping.

Sleeping as rest or hobby, is easier & has no pressures I guess...But sleeping to get paid - now that needs training...I wonder if they spent any sleepless nights during the re-org )
