Magical words

I finally see those magical words in my mail box.
My 140 approved yesterday after an agonizing wait. Following are the details.

140/485/EAD ND: 9/8/2003
RFE on 140: 05/13/2004
RFE response Rcvd by INS: 06/04/2004
Approved on 08/17/2004


My employer had to call the INS, since there was no update even after 2 months after INS received the RFE response. Looks like the inquiry triggered it.

What was the rfe. Was it education. Are U 3/4 yr degree and when did Ur employer call.

Rfe was about educational evaluation. I had 4 year parttime degree in electrical engineering.
