MA state labor status...

MY case number is 200201XXX..

My employer filed the case back in May'02 and have received (on Dec 4, 2002)a "kickback" regarding a wage query. Employer responded with a wage justification on Jan 15th '03.

How can I track the status of my application in SESA? I tried retrieving the status on regional DoL, but can't pull up my case using employer phone number or case #... Any idea how long it will take to hear back from state or regional?

My PD is also in May 02. My company says they have not heard anything from MA SESA or Boston DOL. Even I tired querying with my employer tel no in Boston DOL and its not yet in the system.

What's ur PD and also your category.

Not sure what PD is.. What is it and how do I find it out?

PD is the date when ur labor is filed with MA SESA. RD is the received date in Boston DOL if you happen to know it from your attorney along with the case number.

So I think ur PD is May 02.
