MA DOL NOF rebuttal response time?

Anyone know how long it takes MA DOL to respond to a NOF
rebuttal? It has been 6+ weeks since my rebuttal was sent in (3/15)
(however, lcstatus shows receipt date of 4/15)....

I am in the same boat as yours. My lawyer sent rebuttal for my NOF
around Mar 20th. i still didn\'t hear from them.
It is more than two months since the rebuttal.
Did you hear anything from them?
 
What it takes 2 months for taking up rebuttal cases!

Hey Guys,
i am also in the same boat. I got an automated e-reply from DOL on 04/26/02 stating that a NOF is issued and the reply for NOF should be made before May 31st. My attorney sent the reply today. So, should I wait for 2 more months to get an answer!
 
LC in Delaware - Very Quick??

Hi Guys:

Is it true that LC is getting done very fast in the state of Delaware. Given the current non-moving LC process in NY/NJ will it possible to get the LC done in Delaware.

Any info will be greatly appreciated.

How long this NOF takes?

I am also sailing in the same boat. It has been 1 month since DOL received reply from lawyer. Dont know how long it takes.If anyone had NOF cleared plesae post the time in this forum.
