M.s Approved Labour

i found a company that has pre approved labour for M.S(usa), PD-JANUARY 2007

i graduated in may 2006 , started working from august 2006, got h1 approval on october 2006

question-- is this pre approved labour right fit for me!!!

plz your help is much needed!!!!!

Is it just MS that is required qualification? or do they have any experience and skills listed on the labor?

If it is just MS, and the field of study (if there is one listed on the labor) matches with yours, then you should be able to use it.

Make sure you verify the information with attorney too.

YOu can also check with new guide-lines from NSC at
http://www.immigration-law.com/ . They have recently posted NSC's General Guidelines for EB-2 Educational Requirements and EB-3 Education Requirements

YEAH THE preapproved labour says MS IN COMPUTER science with 6 months analyst experience..problem is ..i have MS IN MECHANICAL ENGG

I TALKED to my employer , he says thats not a problem

do u think it can be a problem??

i graduated with US masters degree in may 2006 & have OPT valid till may 2007. my H1B got approved from my present employer on
october 2006. but since i can use my OPT status to save taxes. my employer asked me to have payroll on OPT instead of h1 status.

i got h1b stamping from canada last week & now i have 1 h1b payroll paystub (having SSN & MEDICARE TAX) & 9 previous OPT status paystubs (having just federal & state, no SSN/MEDICARE)

QUESTION-
can i transfer to other employer right now or i have to wait for 1-2 more paystubs having H1b ssn/medicare taxes???

plz help me!!
