I am starting a Separate Thread for LUD's with or without accompanying RFE's to labor Substitution Cases.

This would help those with pending cases to better analyse the situation.

My Case Labor substitution EB3 on 04/15/04.LUD's on 08/13/04 and 08/16/04 without sytatus message change and without any emails from USCIS.
