LUDs on I-140 AND I-485

Hi,

I had a LUD on my EB1-OR I-140 on 1/11/05 and then LUDs on my
and my wife's I-485s today 1/26/05. No change in message. On top of
that, there was an LUD on my I-131 (advanced parole) also today, although
it was approved some time ago ??? Does this mean that my I-140 application
was rejected, and then they also cancelled my I-485 and the advanced parole
in the process? Please help with some information as this is kind of strange
and I am worried.

I have the LUD change on all of my cases on 01-13-2005 and I haven't received any message so far, but recently I have changed my address. I am thinking these changes are because of my address change

Thanks Reddy. How lond did it take for them from the time you called to the
LUD on your cases. I also called for an address change around 1/15, so if it
was related to my address change, presumably it would have changed my
I-140 also (??).

I don't know the exact date my lawyer send for address change but it was during decemeber 2004 and the LUD changed on 01-13. I am checking everyday with my lawyer, mailbox and emails but no news yet!!!
 
I just got an email saying that there is an RFE on my I-140. Lets see what it
says. I will probably need some more letters of reference for my eb1-OR.
 
I also see LUD changed to 1/24/05 on my EB1 OR 140. Online message doesn't change yet. Wonder whether it will be RFE.
 
My LUDs on I-140 and I-485 changed twice on 01/24/05 and 01/25/05 and nothing since than. :confused:
