by looking at LUDs pattern..my hunch on the I-485 LUD's changes in July/August are pre-adjucated at USCIS ready for approval.
They are just sitting on to get a tape from FBI on NameCheck clearance..
As soon as they get clearance and Visa Numbers are available in October time frame... they all get approved
If LUD caused because of address update or filed ap/ead etc... may not come under this category...
On positive side...
