LUD while in NC?

I got a LUD for my wife and me (I-485) today. Last week I did an infopass and I was in name check at the time (see details below).

I wonder if that means I'm out of name check of if this kind of LUD just happens.

Anyone knows the meaning of this?

Great Man enjoy!!!! This also means that most probably the database to which the IO refers to are not upto-date. There may be a lot of name-checks cleared and if I am right each office gets a monthly update copy with the info regarding cases.
