LUD Update Online

Hey guys,

Just a quick question. I filed I-130 for my wife back in August and the LUD was 9/1/2008. Recently it got update to 12/24/2008 so I was wondering, does that mean anything? Status did not change its just the LUD.

Check this forum for "soft LUD". As I see it, it means nothing but regular work on the application, unless the status of the application changed.

Whether they are kept on desks or in piles, who knows? All you can tell is that it was "touched".
