My attorney initiated an inquiry regarding my I140 status about one month ago. This Monday (Apr. 18th), 4 weeks after inquiry, the respnse came as followed:
Your application is pending review and additional system checks. You will be
notified by mail once a decision has been made. Thank you.
I then called FBS number (304-625-5590) and was told the FP were received and the results were sent back to CSC the same day when I took the FP
Today (Apr. 21st) I found a LUD update with my I140 but no content change.
I wonder if anyone can share your opinions/comments/experience with me on the following questions:
1. Was the LUD update caused by inquiry?
2. if not inquiry-caused LUD, when approximately I will get the further response?

I485 (for me and my wife), RD 1/20/05; ND 1/25/05, LUD 3/11/05, two days after FPs were token.
EAD (for my wife), AD 3/15/05.
