LUD update 4 days in a row for 485..RD 8/20/2003

My 140 NOT approved.

I got RFE on 485 two months back and replied aswell.

But now my 485 LUD updated 4 days in a row. Message changed to FP results recieved and processing resumed.

After that LUD changed two times but no message update.

140 RD 8/20/2003 LUD 1/20/2004 AD ????
485 RD 8/20/2003 LUD 8/30/2004 AD ????
FP 8/17/2004 and results Recived 8/25
RFE 485 on Employment two months back ...

Any one in same state as me? Any guess on what is happening?
 
I guess your LUD changed on 08/25, 08/26, 08/27 and 08/30. Kindly confirm this.

If so they are working on your case, normally within 7-30 days, you should receive a decision from USCIS.

Yes, But Not sure about the approval yet. Lot of guys appear to be in the same boat.

But Like to know what is the next step:

485 involves:
1. Educational evaluation
2. Filing and appropriate support documentation.
3. RFE Review
4. FP Review
5. Medical Evaluation
6. Approval??

I want to know any more steps involved in this? or Between 4&6 any more steps missing...

Can u pls post you dates like FP etc.. and why u see cheange in LUD..Mine changed only twice two days in row after they received the FP.. if it happen to change tomorrow then for sure i know they are working on my case...

Same here..BUT WITH NO FP and NO 140 Approval.

Dont know what that means.

Mine got changed 23,24,27 Aug, Wifes 26,27,30,31 Aug,1 Sept

Anybody like mine.. Am i the only July 2003 waiting for 140 approval?
 
LUD changed twice 8/31, 9/1 but no change in message. No LUD change today so far!!

Does any one can shed light what this means?

My 485 is approved according to online message. But 140 is still unknown....

Details:
labour applied SEP 2001
Approved: May 2003

140/485/EAD/AP Applied: Aug 2003
EAD approved: Oct 2003
AP Approved : Feb 2004

RFE on 485 : Sometime in Mar 2004
FP : Aug 2004
485 Approval : Sep 2004

140---???? :confused:

I am assuming all the people who got fp notices recently or cases LUD updated 4 days in a row etc., will all receive this kind of approval. I am happy to be first.

LUD v/s FP2

What is LUD? I did FP2 on 07/26/2004 but the online status message still plays same old FP1 message. Is this the same as LUD? If it is not updated, does that means I am missing something as I have seen ppl getting LUD updated within a week after FP done. By the way I checked with FBI and they said the FP results were received by INS on july 28, 2004.

any comments please?
 
Congratulations!! It's strange that your 485 got approved without 140 approval. Hope it's not a mistake.
