LUD question

Hi,

I have a LUD for my EAD today, but haven't received any email to my account created in the portfolio. Is this normal? Is that an RFE or something?

I've "Email On" enabled for all the receipt #s in my portfolio. What do you guys think?

LUD will not trige email. Only the Message changing will trige the email. If the message changed, then you will get email.
 
May be this would help...

My case Details.

EAD LUD1 - 11/11/04 - Received.
LUD2 - 11/19/04 - No Message Change and no mail
LUD3 - 11/22/04 - Approved and message changed and got a mail.
LUD4 - 11/23/04 - Approved message with date saying 11/22/04 and a second mail came in.

Cards arrived on 11/25/04 but the date of approval on the cards was 11/19/04!!!

Now debug it for yourself.
