LUD query?

My as well as my wife's FP done Feb 6. Last Update Feb 7 on my I-485, I-765 and I-131 while there is a LUD on my wife's I-485 and I-765 but not her I-131.
- Does a LUD indicate something - RFE or???
- Why my wife's I-131 is not updated while mine has been?
