LUD pior to FP notice

Guys - Is there an LUD prior to TSC sending out the FP notice? Please advise. And how long does it take for TSC to send out FP notices (from receipt date)?

The LUD pattern I have observed is - if you get a LUD, you get it around the ND or around FP notice.
(I had thought these were to do with NC initiation but it got disproved by some cases here)

Not for me. In fact I haven't had any LUDs since my receipt notice in early November. RD 11/3 Fingerprints notice 11/22--- done on 12/15
