I filed my I-140 (both EB1-EA and NIW) at NSC in March 2007. I got a LUD on my EB1-EA 140 yesterday. Do people in USCIS work on Sunday or is it an error?
That is very common, some people works and sometimes the computer updates comes out later. Say the officer might have looked at your file on friday, but the computer updation done by some one else, probably contract workers.
